From motorcross tracks to car detailing
My name is Jay Kolka, and my journey into detailing began on motorcross tracks. Growing up, my brother, my dad, and I would meticulously power wash our bikes before, in between, and after races, ensuring they were always podium ready. This early experience instilled in me a deep appreciation for cleanliness and presentation. Later, working for my grandfather's construction company, I saved enough to buy my first car: a 2009 Dodge Charger with a Whipple turbocharger and a cammed engine. The fresh paint job, gleaming black rims, and the powerful rumble of the engine transformed my perspective. It was then that I truly understood the impact a well-maintained vehicle could have.
